Calculate your strength using the Wilks formula.
Instructions: There are three lift fields to save the step of
adding. If you know the total, just enter it in one of the three lift
fields, NOT in the total field.
Is this accurate?Yes. But, the formula result and tables result are calculated completely
differently. The original formula by Robert Wilks uses tables, this is shown in the bottom result.
The original tables only go to 5 sig figs, the formula can go to 17.
The numbers will only be different when using pounds, but you shouldn't be using pounds anyway, should you?
The formula version is made by me.
The tables version is used for official USAPL and IPF meets.
